The apartment is located just a five minute walk from the nearest bus ( dolmus) route where a 5 minute ride costing 1.75 ytl (approx. £0.75) will take you anywhere from a trip to the local market on Saturday , the Aqua Park , lively beach resort of Altinkum (with is many good restaurants and shops) , or to the unspoilt beaches of and nightly market at Mavi Sahir .
The main beach at Altinkum has many attractions including water sports, sun bed hire and numerous cafes and bars. The fabulous new marina with an upmarket shopping centre has just opened and will be fully operational for the 2010 season.
There are many organised trips to some of Turkey’s major tourist attractions, all within a day’s excursion including Ephesus, Pamukkale, Bafa Lake and Cappadocia, and the world famous Apollo Temple within a 20-minute walk. .
